We're looking for a technical recruiter to help us build a world-class engineering team. You'll work directly with the founders to design our hiring engine and bring in people who write clean, maintainable code and thrive in async environments.
Responsibilities :
- Own the full hiring cycle — from sourcing to closing
- Build systems that assess not just skills, but mindset and fit
- Create pipelines for engineers who solve real problems and write thoughtful code
