Description

We are seeking an experienced APIM Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API development and management, with a focus on designing secure and efficient APIs that meet the needs of our applications and services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain APIs using API Management tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API specifications and architecture.
Implement security measures for APIs including authentication and authorization.
Monitor and analyze API performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Document API designs, endpoints, and usage for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in API development and management.

Proficient in API management tools such as Azure API Management, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway.

Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices.

Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Familiarity with API security protocols like OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenID Connect.

Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
