Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily cash and cheque collections from customers and agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and deposits in the system.
  • Reconcile cash balances at the end of each day.
  • Support the accounts and audit team with documentation.
  • Assist in preparing daily and monthly financial reports .
  • Ensure all financial dealings comply with company policies and transparency standards.
  • Greet and assist customers professionally at the front desk when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier, Accountant Assistant, or Finance Executive .
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Tally / Accounting Software .
  • Good communication in Tamil and English .
  • High integrity and commitment to handling funds responsibly.
