Job descriptionEvery saturdays 11 am to 7 pm Work in the backend and the frontend Suggest designs / redesigns for customers, from the stock and from the available gemstones / resources. Assist customers in tandem with a regular store poc in coming up with workable feasible affordable designs based on the customers requirements Create new designs and collections based on available gemstones, requirements, patterns, customer profiles etc Get paid a weekly / monthly stipend. Potential sales commision on materially influenced sales - such as within 14 days of a redesign or within 4 weeks of a new collection. Possible escalation to more days / full time work if suitable for both sides.
