Job description
  • Hire A-players per year across engineering, product, marketing, sales, admissions and academics through data-driven sourcing and ATS workflows.
  • Run quarterly performance management (OKRs, 360 feedback, calibration).
  • Design and launch L&D sprints - micro-courses, peer learning, and GenAI workshops - measured by skill uplift and adoption.
  • Drive engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition rituals
  • Requirements :

    • 2 - 4 years of experience in recruiting for startups or HR agencies.
    • Strong grasp of ATS tools and AI-powered sourcing.
    • Passion for learning design, engagement, and data-driven HR.
    • Based in (or open to relocating to) Chennai.
