Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve Sales Targets :
- Deliver installations and activations for Broadband, Lease Line, PRI Line, and Postpaid services in line with monthly / quarterly targets.
- Business Development :
- Acquire new accounts (hunting) and drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities within existing client base.
- Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Intelligence :
- Monitor competitor offerings and activities; recommend strategic sales interventions and pricing strategies based on market trends.
- Funnel Management :
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel for all product lines with clearly defined sales stages and revenue potential.
- Contract Negotiations :
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close orders / contracts to maximize customer value and company profitability.
- Solution Delivery :
- Ensure seamless delivery of Airtel solutions aligned with client expectations, supported by cross-functional coordination.
