About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Recruiter who specializes in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring for IT and technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality IT professionals for contractual and C2H mandates across multiple domains and locations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire and permanent technical positions across various clients.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, , internal databases, referrals, and social media.
- Evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit based on client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate C2H terms, rate cards, and joining formalities with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates during selection, offer, and onboarding stages.
- Manage and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and database accuracy.
- Partner with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
Required Skills and Competencies :
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment with a strong focus on C2H hiring.Proven ability to recruit for IT and technology roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.).In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Naukri, Monster, , GitHub, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of contractual models, billing cycles, and compliance related to C2H hiring.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines.Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Excel-based tracking tools.Good to Have :
Experience recruiting for both domestic and global clients.Exposure to vendor management systems (VMS) and large enterprise hiring.Understanding of payroll and contract management processes.Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Additional certifications in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition are an advantage.Why Join Us :
