Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive (Network Infrastructure) to expand our presence in the Bengaluru enterprise market. This role is responsible for driving new business development and managing client accounts for network and infrastructure solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of networking technologies and experience selling IT infrastructure solutions within the Indian enterprise or mid-market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within enterprise, SME, and corporate accounts.
- Sell network infrastructure solutions including switching, routing, wireless, firewall, SD-WAN, structured cabling, and data centre solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Work closely with pre-sales and engineering teams to propose technical solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, costings, and participate in RFP/RFQ/tender submissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM vendors and partners.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system integration sales in India.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, data centre, and network security solutions.
- Experience working with OEMs such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, HPE, Juniper, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred
- Existing enterprise client network in Bengaluru / Karnataka region.
- Experience selling into IT, fintech, banking, manufacturing, or tech startup sectors.
- Familiarity with local procurement and tender processes.
