Role and Responsibilities :
CSIP is seeking an experienced and dynamic entrepreneurial mindset candidate to join our team. This is a critical role in (i) driving the operational success of the organization, and (ii) managing existing ecosystem stakeholders internal and external, and new partnerships for business development.(iii) manage and strengthen financial management.
1. Financial Management and Reporting
Manage MIS for organizational financials and ensure timely reconciliations.Work closely with the Ashoka finance team to prepare, monitor, and reconcile organizational budgets.Develop budgets for donor proposals and grants; track utilization and variances.Monitor financial performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (including FCRA) and donor reporting norms.Coordinate with the finance team for invoice / reimbursement processing, payments, and program-related expenses.Document invoices, contracts, and maintain updated financial trackers.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and donor reports.Support donor due diligence processes and budget approvals.2. Stakeholder Management and Business Development
Handle donor reporting and narrative updates, ensuring timely submissions.Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.Support the Director in donor application processes and partnership development.Maintain and strengthen relationships across the Ashoka University ecosystem (Finance, Legal, Registrar's office, Administration, Operations, IT, HR).Act as primary liaison with vendors, consultants, and partners, including contracts and third-party engagements.Oversee stakeholder engagement to enhance the visibility and credibility of CSIP.3. Organizational Operations
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and systems to institutionalize CSIP functions.Oversee onboarding and exit processes for employees, consultants, and interns.Prepare contracts and MoUs, trackers, and coordinate with finance / legal teams.Maintain and organize Google Drive repositories, ensuring program-wise document management.Coordinate with program teams for logistical and operational support.Update and refine standard operating procedures regularly.Handle center-related tasks in coordination with the Ashoka University ecosystem.Assist the team in the onboarding process4. Student Engagement & Campus Presence
Lead the Student Engagement vertical, ensuring meaningful involvement of Ashoka students in programs.Act as the primary representative of CSIP on campus, maintaining relationships with faculty, students, and administration.Manage student-facing communications and engagement activities.5. Programs, Events, and Communication Support
Support program teams in logistics, technology, and event organization.Assist team in organising conferences, workshops, and events.Oversee organizational resources, including research reports, books, stationery, and merchandise.Qualifications : Post Graduate / MBA in finance or administration
