Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities : -

Quality Assurance :

• Preparation of Method Statements, ITPs, Checklists and upgrade the policies / procedures in compliance with project requirements.
• Ensuring the implementation of correct construction practices as per approved method statement, ITP, drawings, specifications and specified codes.
• Continuous enhancement and improvement of product quality by random surveillance audits, in house construction activities at product manufacturer end, investigation, analyzing products, systems and services being utilized.
• Carry out the traceability analysis to identify the areas affected by the failures and setting up of monitoring mechanisms for the affected structures.
• Advice the Project Manager / Project Director / Project Heads mitigation plans in case of test failures.
• Ensure monthly Quality reports are prepared, reviewed and submit to the concerned.
• Conduct weekly Meeting with contractors & CM team to review the construction quality status and highlight the improvement.
• Update L1 on the deviations from specified tolerances whenever required.
