About the Role : We are looking for a

Implementation Consultant

to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end implementation of

HRMS

solutions across various modules (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Performance, etc.). You'll work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, configure solutions, and ensure a seamless onboarding and go-live experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation projects for Darwinbox modules including Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Performance, and more

Gather and analyze client requirements through discovery sessions

Configure Darwinbox system as per business needs and ensure successful UAT and deployment

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including HR, IT, and product teams

Train end-users and support change management during rollout

Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

Maintain project documentation and ensure timely communication on milestones

Required Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in

HRMS / ERP implementation , preferably Darwinbox

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

Experience managing end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, support)

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within timelines

Knowledge of data migration, integration, and reporting tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

Darwinbox Certification or hands-on experience with multiple modules

Background in HR or consulting services

Technical proficiency with Excel, SQL, and basic APIs a plus
