Job Title : Special Educator

Position Type : Full-time

Job Purpose

To support and empower students with diverse learning needs by developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), encouraging inclusive classroom practices, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and the school community to ensure the holistic development of every learner.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Identify, assess, and support students with learning differences, disabilities, or special needs.
• Design and deliver tailored learning interventions, both one-on-one and in small groups.
• Collaborate with subject teachers to adapt curriculum content, teaching methods, and classroom strategies to support inclusive education.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that encourages student independence and confidence.
