Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our IT team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be a Full Stack Developer with strong problem-solving skills, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to lead and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement web applications using Java technologies.
Apply logical thinking and provide effective technical solutions.
Work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
Mentor and guide junior developers on technical aspects and project tasks.
Participate in all phases of the Project Life Cycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

7 to 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in web development with AngularJS.

Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate.

Experience with WSDL, REST, SOAP web services, XML, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JBoss, Adobe CQ5 DAM.

Hands-on experience with WebLogic 11g / 12c.

Experience with Oracle Database and strong SQL query and procedure writing skills.

Familiarity with Skylab and Cloud technologies is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
