Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, located in Hyderabad. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing education and career counseling to students, assisting them in their overseas education journey, and ensuring they make well-informed decisions. The role involves daily interactions with students seeking guidance, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting the visa application process. The Student Counselor will also work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient counseling experience for all clients.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide thorough guidance to students
• Experience in visa and immigration services is a plus
