Job Description

Reporting to APAC ST Technology head your responsibilities include :

• Leading customer technical support function in India and tendering responses aligned with strategic value propositions (SVP).
• Supervising and mentoring the India ST Technology team, fostering technical excellence and personal growth.
• Managing a portfolio of ST Technology projects within the CTS AP team, ensuring timely delivery, resource alignment, and budget stewardship in collaboration with commercial and technology stakeholders.
• Providing technical guidance to project teams and developing local capabilities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and principles of technology excellence are intrinsic to the approach

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have :

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering. Master's or PhD may be of value.
• 10+ years of experience working in the lubricant additives industry with versatile knowledge in across a number of different segments and functions.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple technical activities and priorities simultaneously to tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and develop external personal relationships.
