Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, process control, and product testing.

• Develop and Maintain Quality Standards : Create, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures to meet industry requirements and regulatory standards.
• Conduct Inspections and Testing : Perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify product quality.
• Audit and Improve : Conduct audits to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, GMP). Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies.
• Analyze and Correct : Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
