Job brief

A utility executive shall be responsible for cleaning of various preparatory utensils in the kitchen as part of the F&B operations as per the company's standard operating procedures. He / she should have a good experience and understanding of hotel kitchens / material / crockery / presentation / etc.

Key responsibilities

• Understanding materiality / crockery / cleaning agents / etc.
• Understanding kitchen layout including equipments such as braising pans, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers
• Understanding of storage units, washing area, etc.
• Understanding of washing & drying cycles as per company's operating procedures
• Setting up various stations with the appropriate crockery & utensils
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene

Qualifications
