Requirements
Experience : 10 - 15 Years (Experience in working with large scale business having national foot print in the following industries Telecom, Retail, BFSI Energy, Petrochemical, Power and Manufacturing)
Education : MBA from TIER 1, Tier 2 in Human Resource Domain
Job Description
- Managing Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance and liaison with government authorities.
- Determine compliance system and planned arrangements are implemented timely.
- Plan audits and review non-compliance reports.
- Managing Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance and liaison with government authorities.

- Plan audits and review non-compliance reports.
- Train JC Manager, FC&A Leads with respect to statutory compliance at Jio Center
- Filing of periodic returns
- Maintenance of MIS
- Guidance to Operations team on discipline issues
- Ensure closure of legal notices
- Attending Court Cases and hearings
- Attending Labor Inspections
- Managing liaison with Enforcement officers, local bodies and other external stakeholders
Skill Set
Exposure to Ethics & Compliance frameworks, and investigation.Self-starter, have the ability to multi-task, possess good communication.Experience in working in Telangana and fluent in Telugu.
