Position : Junior Architect

Location : Kerala (Hybrid / On-site – specify as applicable)

Experience : 0–3 years

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary : 15k - 25 K per month

About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a willingness to learn through hands-on project involvement. You will assist in the design, drafting, and execution of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs .
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation layouts .
Support project documentation, BOQs, and working drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams during project execution.
Participate in client meetings and site visits as required.
Stay updated with design trends, sustainable practices, and building regulations.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

0–3 years of relevant professional experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite (or equivalent tools).

Strong visual, spatial, and design communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Good understanding of materials, detailing, and site coordination is an added advantage.
