Position Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee banquet operations, coordinate events, and ensure flawless execution of conferences, weddings, and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all banquet events.
- Ensure banquet setups meet client requirements and hotel standards.
- Manage banquet staff and assign responsibilities efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen, F&B, and sales teams for seamless service.
- Maintain banquet equipment, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure service excellence.
