Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport).
Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and ensure timely bookings.
Maintain travel records, itineraries, and expense reports.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.
Assist employees with visa processing, travel insurance, and documentation.
Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel support.
Monitor travel budgets and provide monthly reports to management.
Collaborate with HR and Admin for travel-related onboarding / offboarding processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or similar role.
4 to 5 CTC maximum
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software / tools.
Knowledge of visa procedures and travel compliance regulations.
