Job descriptionCreative Director Reporting line : Executive Creative Director Graduate / post-graduate with 8 – 10 years’ experience in copywriting, preferably for social media. Good at communication, strong presentation and strong portfolio of past creative projects. Good command of techniques and visual elements. Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail. Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment. Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Oversee conceptualization of Copy projects :
- Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion.
- Ensure the Copy team and junior Copywriters are producing quality work.
- Conceptualize original and unique scripts. Choose the right images, typography, and layouts for the project.
- Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects. Coordinate between BD and Design teams to ensure smooth flow of work.
- Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices.
- Be responsible for building the agency’s creative reputation.
- Prepare reports on a monthly / quarterly basis to check the development progressions of the projects.
