• 2+ years on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) with hands-on IOM delivery.
• OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, IPs, DRs) and Apex (async patterns, platform events).
• IOM concepts : decomposition, orchestration, jeopardy / compensation, fallout, change handling.
• Integration skills : REST / SOAP, JSON / XML
• Telecom basics : CFS / RFS mapping, provisioning / activation lifecycle, order states.
• CI / CD with SFDX and either Copado or Gearset; test automation mindset.
• Nice-to-have
• EPC modeling experience (bundles / options, rules, attribute propagation, versioning).
• Experience with Oracle M6 / Netcracker / Amdocs, Kenan (or other billing).
• Kafka (schema evolution, partitions), MuleSoft (RAML, DataWeave), Kong / Apigee.
