Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Magento 2 Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining eCommerce websites, customizing Magento modules, and integrating third-party services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Magento 2 platform, coding standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain Magento 2 websites and custom modules.
  • Create and customize Magento themes and templates.
  • Integrate Magento with external systems such as payment gateways, shipping APIs, and CRM tools.
  • Optimize site performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers, QA testers, and other developers.
  • Upgrade existing Magento versions to the latest stable releases.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
  • Maintain documentation of code and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in Magento 2 development (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Knockout.js.
  • Familiarity with Magento 2 architecture, modules, and customization.
  • Experience with REST / SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Proficient in Git version control.
  • Understanding of performance optimization and scalability techniques.
  • Experience with Magento CLI, Composer, and deployment workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Magento 2 certification (Associate / Professional / Expert).
  • Experience with PWA (Progressive Web App) Studio.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
