Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and motivated Mobile App Developer with strong experience in React Native or Flutter to join our fast-growing EdTech team. You will be responsible for building high-quality mobile apps for students, parents, teachers, and internal teams—integrated with our LMS, CRM, OPS, and NUNA AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter or React Native

Collaborate with backend, frontend, UI / UX, and product teams to deliver smooth user experiences

Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, WebSocket’s, and third-party libraries

Build responsive UI and animations for gamified learning experiences

Ensure app performance, reliability, and optimization across iOS and Android

Troubleshot bugs, performance issues, and platform-specific problems

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions

Work on feature enhancements, refactoring, and architecture improvements

Required Skills & Experience :

1–3 years of proven experience in Flutter or React Native mobile app development

Strong understanding of Dart or JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience with mobile app architecture (MVVM, Bloc, Redux, Riverpod, etc.)

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and backend communication

Experience with state management, secure storage, local DB (Hive / SQLite), and push notifications

Knowledge of Git, CI / CD, and version control workflows

Ability to write clean, reusable, modular, and testable code

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred (Nice to Have) :

Experience in EdTech or multi-role dashboards (Student / Parent / Teacher)

Familiarity with AI / ML or chatbot integration (OpenAI, Firebase ML, etc.)

Prior experience using animation / Gamification libraries

Knowledge of deployment to App Store & Play Store

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflows
