Job description

Position : .NET Developer

Experience : 3-4 Years (with Healthcare experience)

Type : Contract

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare IT domain, specifically with EHR / EMR system development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET, Angular, and databases (MySQL & MSSQL), along with an understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain healthcare applications with a focus on EHR / EMR modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DevOps) to gather requirements and deliver

scalable solutions.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party healthcare systems.
  • Implement and maintain secure database structures in MySQL and MSSQL.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA / ABDM as applicable).
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Participate in code

    • reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

  • Stay updated with the latest healthcare IT and .NET / Angular technologies.

    • Required Skills :

  • 3 - 4 years of hands-on development experience in .NET (C#) and Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and database optimization in MySQL / MSSQL.
  • Proven experience in developing or enhancing EHR / EMR systems.
  • Good understanding of HL7 / FHIR standards and healthcare workflows (Appointments, Billing,

    • Prescriptions, Lab, Pharmacy).

  • Experience with API development & integration (Web APIs, JSON, XML).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) for healthcare applications.
  • Knowledge of ABDM compliance (India) or HIPAA compliance (US).
  • Exposure to reporting / analytics tools.
