Role : USA Sales Manager (IT Services / IT Resourcing) — Remote, Full-Time
Experience : 5+ years pure IT services sales (solutions + resourcing / staffing) with documented quotas
Territory : USA market only; you must already know how to sell into US companies (time zones, buyer personas, sales cycles)
Existing network : Must have 10+ active US sales accounts you can immediately engage (not “leads”, not “old contacts”)
What you sell : IT solutions + IT resourcing contracts (staff augmentation / dedicated teams / project-based resourcing)
Monthly KPI (non-negotiable) : 10 new-customer meetings set + minimum 2 resourcing contracts closed
Output expectation : Pipeline built and progressed weekly; no excuses, no “marketing dependency” — you own outreach + conversion
Sales skills : Cold outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing; strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene
Reporting : Daily Stand up Call & KPI tracking (meetings booked, conversion %, deal value, stage movement); underperformance gets flagged fast
Compensation : INR 50,000 / month base + up to INR 50,000 / month variable (variable paid only on meeting + closure KPI)
