Job Title : Network Engineer (L2 / L3)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled L2 / L3 Network Engineer to join our Network Operations team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in routing, switching, and network security, with hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting complex enterprise networks.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN).
• Handle network incidents and escalations at L2 / L3 level, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring network issues and implement corrective actions.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Collaborate with global network teams to support infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
• Monitor network performance, optimize bandwidth utilization, and ensure high availability.
• Implement network security best practices including ACLs, IPS / IDS, and VPN policies.
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation, diagrams, and change management records.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 network support.
