Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle : discovery, planning, development, launch, and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision , roadmap , and goals aligned with business strategy.
- Create and manage product backlogs , user stories , and acceptance criteria .
- Work with engineering and design teams to deliver quality features on time.
- Prioritize product features using frameworks like MoSCoW , Kano , or RICE .
- Conduct market research , competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer , ensuring that the user experience is seamless and valuable.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups , sprint planning , reviews , and retrospectives (in Agile environments).
- Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product.
- Coordinate product launches, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch support.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. (MBA is a plus.)3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner .Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Aha!).Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Domain expertise in [e.g., SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, HealthTech—customizable].Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq) and / or prototyping.Familiarity with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau).Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP .Skills Required
