About the Role :
We are looking for highly motivated and communicative professionals for the role of Client Service Specialist. This role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail to support live job processes in collaboration with Customer Service teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in training sessions to gain technical proficiency in relevant tools and applications.
- Post-training, work on live projects and meet performance benchmarks.
- Monitor work queues using JMS Expeditor and manage job flow effectively.
- Act as a liaison between the Composition team and Customer Service, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Contact Customer Service for clarifications and ensure accurate and timely delivery of jobs.
- Own the end-to-end management of job orders, maintaining accountability through the entire process.
- Provide ETA updates to Customer Service and follow through on job timelines.
- Maintain awareness of job status and coordinate progress across teams and locations.
Required Skill Set :
