About the job

  • Responsibilities :

Ø Generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound marketing efforts.

Ø Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and requirements.

Ø Conduct thorough research on potential customers and competitors.

Ø Build rapport with potential customers and establish long-term relationships.

Ø Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and telephone.

Ø Provide accurate and informative product information to potential customers.

Ø Prepare and submit quotes to potential customers.

Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

Ø Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve team goals.

Ø Be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet sales targets.

Skills requires : -

  • Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organized, efficient & quick to respond.
  • Exceptional customer service skills / Strong listening and sales skills.
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA / BBA
  • Additional Notes :

  • B2B experience preferred.
  • Languages- English and Hindi Must

    Level / Salary Range :

    INR 5-6 LPA
