Novac is currently hiring for " Motion Graphic Designer ".

Industry / Domain : eLearning / EdTech & Learning Technology

Qualification : Any Graduate (Preferably with a Fine Arts degree or relevant specialization)

Experience : 1 to 7 years

Tool Expertise : Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Key Skills :

• Animation Proficiency : Strong understanding of animation principles like timing and transitions. Experienced in kinetic typography and dynamic storytelling.
• Motion Design : Skilled in creating engaging motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, visual effects and video production is preferred.
• Ability to handle end-to-end motion graphics projects (Visual storyboarding, Character Animation, Video editing, and Composting).
• Visual Design : Proficient in layouts, compositions, and branding integration.
• Software Expertise : Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator and other motion designer software.
• Storytelling & Creativity : Translates briefs into visually compelling narratives. Innovative approach to trends and techniques.
• Collaboration & Attention to Detail : Works effectively in teams, open to feedback. Ensures polished animations with seamless transitions.
