Salary Range : ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 INR per month

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, quality control, supplier / vendor management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct quality control assessments, defect tracking, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and compliance with local construction laws.
• Manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors effectively.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
