The Delivery Director at Argano is a leadership position responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions to clients. They lead and encourage the colleague / coworkers to reach project and personal goals, all while using the companys vision and strategies, developing new ones when necessary. Theyre the visionaries, driving organization-wide strategy for delivery management and leading organizational change. They carry the weight of ensuring the successful delivery of all products and services across the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for defining the vision for all delivery management activities across the organization.
• Responsible for managing larger groups of team members, which may also include leaders.
• Responsible for large complex accounts.
• Leads and define the adherence to the Argano delivery management processes and procedures.
• Exhibits advanced knowledge in delivery management best practices.
• Responsible for delivering projects and service in a highly matrixed global delivery model.
• Accountable for account growth.
• Assist Sales with strategic insights to the delivery of projects in the sales process.
