Our customer is looking for a seasoned Java SDE-3 to design and deliver cutting-edge search solutions at scale.

What you need : Expertise in

Search technologies

(ElasticSearch / OpenSearch / Solr / Lucene / Azure Cognitive Search / Vector & Semantics – any one).

Experience with

search databases

such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, or Qdrant.

Strong skills in

Java, Spring Boot , and the wider programming ecosystem.

Experience in

messaging systems (Kafka Streams) , CI / CD practices, and automation within development environments.

Solid understanding of

algorithms, debugging, and major language paradigms

(OOP / Functional).

Ability to write

clean, maintainable, test-driven code

and apply design patterns effectively.

What you would do here :

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications that simplify complex problems for customers.

Own the

end-to-end development and support

lifecycle of key product components.

Translate defined technical strategies into solution designs and drive implementation with autonomy.

Collaborate with peers, proactively resolve ambiguities, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance speed, scalability, and quality.

Mentor SDE2s, contribute to hiring efforts, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
