    Reports to : Head of Finance Accounting.

    Location : Bangalore (Onsite) 5 days a week.

    Work Allocation : Monday-Friday.

    Key Relationships : Finance Team.

    Job Purpose :

    • We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who brings ownership, curiosity, and drive to the table.
    • You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end financial accounting operations across our global entities including month-end close, audits, payroll, AP / AR, and consolidation support-in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple currencies.

    • What you will do :

    • Own and manage the month-end and year-end close process across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS / local GAAP, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Manage India payroll accounting, including payroll journals, GL reconciliations, and statutory filings (TDS, PF, PT, etc. ), coordinating with HR and external vendors.
    • Support group consolidations of multinational entities with mixed currencies and ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
    • Coordinate and lead external audits, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring all requirements are met on schedule.
    • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring strong controls, accurate categorisation of OPEX, and efficient processes.
    • Support with direct and indirect tax filings, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Onboard, manage, and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and developing their technical and professional capabilities.
    • Identify and drive improvements in accounting processes, and work closely with the Head of FinOps to implement and deliver solutions through to completion.
    • Be a trusted advisor to internal teams on accounting matters and collaborate cross-functionally to support business decisions with financial insight.
    • What you will bring :

    • 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least five years in a senior accountant role.
    • Solid experience with multi-entity, multinational environments, including consolidation and currency conversions.
    • Strong knowledge of month-end close, audits, financial statements, payroll, and AP processes.
    • A strong hands on mindset, you are ready to get into the details, not just oversee others doing the work.
    • Proficiency in accounting systems (e. 365 MS Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP or other ERP) and a comfort working with Excel, data and reconciliations.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and stay focused under pressure.
    • High attention to detail and great organization skills, strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ethical standards.
    • Curiosity and drive to improve processes, automate where possible, and support business growth.
    • Exceptional communication skills : clear, concise, and capable of engaging with stakeholders across levels and departments.
    • A team player who leads by example and supports team members' development.
