Talent Acquisition
- Drive hiring for frontline Sales and Collections roles across geographies.
- Manage sourcing, screening, and selection processes for Territory Managers, Area Managers, and support roles.
- Identify effective sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Organize and lead recruitment events, walk-ins, and hiring campaigns.
- Innovate and improve the recruitment process through market research and benchmarking.
Stakeholder Communication
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Business Heads, Regional HR teams, and internal stakeholders.Represent the employer brand effectively to attract high-quality talent.Maintain consistent communication with business units to align hiring with workforce planning needs.Skills Required
