Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Process Trainer & Auditor. The role involves identifying training needs, conducting new hire training sessions, and delivering engaging presentations to ensure high performance. The Process Trainer & Auditor will also analyze operational processes, audit adherence to established procedures, and foster effective communication throughout the team. This role requires maintaining consistent quality standards and ensuring operational compliance through regular evaluations and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Training Needs Analysis and conducting comprehensive New Hire Training.
  • Strong Presentation and Communication skills for delivering impactful training sessions and facilitating collaboration.
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, identifying gaps, and driving improvements.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining organization and efficiency.
  • Experience in process auditing or operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
