Key Responsibilities :
- Manage customer orders via calls and emails
- Verify, update, and process purchase orders accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, billing)
- Communicate delays, cancellations, or delivery updates to customers
- Maintain order logs and CRM entries
- Ensure high accuracy and excellent customer experience
Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication in EnglishPrior experience in international voice / order managementKnowledge of ERP / CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce – a plus)Attention to detail & multitasking abilityComfortable with night shifts (US / UK time zones)Skills Required
