Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage customer orders via calls and emails
  • Verify, update, and process purchase orders accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, billing)
  • Communicate delays, cancellations, or delivery updates to customers
  • Maintain order logs and CRM entries
  • Ensure high accuracy and excellent customer experience

Requirements :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Prior experience in international voice / order management
  • Knowledge of ERP / CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce – a plus)
  • Attention to detail & multitasking ability
  • Comfortable with night shifts (US / UK time zones)
  • Skills Required
