Location : Remote, India

Engagement Type : Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join our global delivery team supporting a leading Life Sciences customer transitioning from SAP APO to SAP IBP . The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning modules and proven experience leading IBP implementations and migrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation and APO-to-IBP migration activities for a large life sciences client.
  • Configure and enhance IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP .
  • Translate business requirements into functional design and align solutions with SAP best practices .
  • Collaborate with onshore teams in the U.S. and customer stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Manage data integration and interfaces between ECC / S / 4HANA and IBP (CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS).
  • Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT) , and cutover readiness.
  • Develop user training materials and support post go-live hypercare and enhancements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on supply chain planning optimization and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning (APO / IBP).
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).
  • At least one full-cycle migration from APO to IBP .
  • Strong integration knowledge with SAP ECC or S / 4HANA.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate in a global delivery model (Onsite–Offshore) .
  • Experience in life sciences or pharma industry preferred.

  • Familiarity with APO PP / DS or SNP modules.
  • SAP IBP certification .
  • Hands-on experience with CPI-DS integration and template rollout projects .
  • Exposure to S / 4HANA Manufacturing and Supply Chain integration scenarios.
