Job Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll help deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to institutions within our national sporting network. You’ll be closely involved in the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment - under the guidance of senior consultants and delivery teams.

Job Responsibilities :

• Support gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
• Assist in user testing, training, and deployment efforts
• Help create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
• Conduct competitor, product, or market research
• Attend internal and stakeholder meetings, taking structured notes
• Aid in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
