Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end franchise operations from pre-sale coordination to post-sale onboarding and support for our growing chain of preschools
The ideal candidate will come from a preschool or education franchise background and be capable of managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring franchisees are supported operationally and strategically for successful center launches and ongoing performance
Key Collaborate with the business development team to assess and verify potential franchisee sites and partners
- Coordinate documentation, due diligence, and compliance checks
- Support franchise sales presentations with operational feasibility inputs (location, local regulations, etc
- Prepare and manage franchise onboarding kits and implementation plans
Post-Sale Act as the single point of contact for new franchisees from agreement to school launch
Manage project timelines including infrastructure setup, licensing, procurement, branding, and staffing supportEnsure adherence to brand standards for interiors, safety norms, and curriculum readinessCoordinate training sessions for franchise staff (academic and non-academic)Monitor the soft launch and grand opening readiness, assisting with initial marketing and enrollment planningOngoing Operational Support :
