Customer Solutions Specialist

Position : Tele Calling, Sales & Marketing Executive for South India ( Strong proficiency in English is Must)

Job Location : Vaishnodevi, Ahmedabad

Level of Experience required : Minimum 1 year (Fresher not allowed)

Salary : Based on experience and interview

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell water softener products.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable water softening solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Track and report sales activities, leads, and results.
