YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE :

• Own and deliver assigned stories and tasks
• Ensure high-quality development with clean CI / CD pipelines and over 90% test coverage
• Translate business requirements into scalable application architectures
• Assess feasibility and scalability of front-end solutions; collaborate with business and product teams
• Manage and resolve production issues proactively
• Build sustainable and accessibility-compliant solutions
• Address and prevent long-term technical debt
• Analyze and implement performance, stability, reliability, and architectural improvements
• Research and develop proof-of-concepts and innovative customer interaction ideas
• Propose alternative technical solutions and provide effort estimates for new workstreams
• Foster a learning culture by sharing best practices and lessons learned
