Job Title : Executive AssistantLocation : MumbaiExperience Required : 3-6 yearsEducation : Tier 1 College (preferred)Industry Preference : BrokingAbout the RoleWe are looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant (EA) to work closely with senior leadership at Paytm Money. The EA will act as a strategic partner, providing critical support in business planning, operations, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will come from the broking industry , with strong exposure to financial markets and business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted partner to senior leadership in managing daily priorities, strategic initiatives, and decision-making.Coordinate and follow up on business reviews, presentations, and strategic projects.Conduct market / industry analysis to provide insights for business growth and strategy.Ensure effective coordination between cross-functional teams and leadership.Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Manage and track key deliverables, ensuring timelines are met.Support in regulatory, compliance, and business reviews specific to the broking business.Qualifications & SkillsMBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 college .36 years of relevant experience in the broking industry .Strong understanding of capital markets, broking operations, and financial products.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.Why Join Us?At Paytm Money, you will work at the intersection of finance and technology , supporting leadership in building one of Indias fastest-growing investment platforms.
