The Opportunity

Join us as a Full-Time Mentor – Web Development, and help shape the next generation of developers and digital creators. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and transforming technical knowledge into meaningful, real-world skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging live and interactive sessions in Web Development and related technologies.

Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to learners throughout their training journey.

Design, update, and maintain lesson plans, projects, and assessments aligned with current industry practices.

Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Handle doubt-resolution sessions through chat, calls, or live sessions.

Inspire and motivate learners to build real-world projects and pursue successful careers in web development.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong expertise in Frontend and Backend Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, etc.).

Proficiency in database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to simplify complex coding concepts and create an engaging learning environment.

Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Web Development or a related field.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related domains.

Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.

Compensation

Monthly Salary - 40,000(Variable)
