Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server) Support Lead with a minimum of 8+ years of dedicated experience in SAP HANA SLT. This critical role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the stability of complex data replication and transformation processes across our hybrid SAP environment. The Lead will focus heavily on advanced troubleshooting, performance optimization, and seamless integration between systems like SAP S / 4HANA, legacy systems (JDE), and SAP HANA DB. Immediate to 15-day availability is Responsibilities :

Data Replication and Transformation Management :

• Lead the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SLT solutions for complex data replication and transformation scenarios.
• Execute large-scale data migrations and strategically optimize SLT performance using advanced techniques such as reading type adjustments, master job configuration, and parallel Troubleshooting and Incident Resolution :
• Serve as the escalation point for resolving all SLT-related issues, including critical replication errors, detailed job monitoring failures, load failures, and complex data reconciliation problems.
• Master the use of debugging tools (trace, monitor, error logs) within the SLT and underlying SAP systems to perform deep-dive troubleshooting and ensure minimal Integration and Landscape Management :
• Ensure seamless and reliable data replication by expertly integrating SLT with diverse system targets and sources, including SAP S / 4HANA, legacy systems (JDE), and SAP HANA DB.
• Maintain data consistency and integrity across the integrated Optimization and Health Checks :
• Conduct regular system audits and health checks using relevant TCODEs and system table statistics to identify bottlenecks and ensure optimal SLT performance.
• Continuously monitor and fine-tune SLT replication processes to maximize efficiency and Documentation, and Mentorship :
• Create and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date system documentation for all SLT applications and configurations.
• Provide advanced training and support to end-users and mentor junior consultants within the support : Minimum 8 years of focused experience in SAP HANA SLT, covering data replication, transformation, and performance Skills : Expert proficiency in configuring SLT solutions and managing complex data Tuning : Advanced skills in SLT performance tuning techniques (reading types, parallelization, : Familiarity with SAP ABAP coding for debugging and enhancing SLT functionality is : Proven experience integrating SLT with target systems like SAP S / 4HANA and external / legacy sources (JDE).
