We are seeking a creative and versatile Motion Graphic & Video Editor from Gujarat who can bring stories to life through engaging video edits and dynamic motion graphics. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of how creative assets drive campaign performance.

Role Overview : You will be responsible for designing, animating, and editing compelling video content and graphics for campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements. Working closely with our creative and marketing teams, you will create high-impact visuals that align with brand strategies and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities : Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Edit raw video footage into engaging and polished content.

Create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects to elevate videos.

Add sound, voiceovers, transitions, and typography for storytelling impact.

Creative Strategy & Execution

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce campaign-ready content.

Design and optimize videos and graphics tailored for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads).

Translate marketing goals into impactful visuals.

Optimization & Innovation

Adapt creatives for different formats, devices, and performance objectives.

Stay updated on digital design trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.

Provide creative input to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements : Based in Gujarat (preferably Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Rajkot).

2–4 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics (agency experience preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Blender is a plus).

Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and platform requirements.

Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven goals.

A strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and motion graphics work.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Design, Multimedia, Film, or a related field.

Knowledge of digital advertising formats and creative optimization.

Strong sense of storytelling, typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.

Bonus Points For : Experience with 3D animation (Blender, Cinema 4D).

Knowledge of color grading and sound design.

Prior experience in a marketing / digital agency .

Familiarity with short-form video trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
