Role Description for BM,FM and TL :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager,Floor Manager and Team leader based in Bengaluru.

• The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining inventory.
• The role also involves coordinating with other departments, managing budgets, achieving sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Floor managers will look after floor sales, team and promoters management.
• Team leaders will look after specific categories for sales, stock, display and team management of that - Leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in sales and customer service management of atleast 4-10 years.
• Inventory management and budget management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or graduation is fine.
