Educational Qualifications :

Mandatory Qualifications :

BBA in Marketing or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications if any related to digital marketing and AI Tools (e.g., Blueprint, Google, AI generalist, Marketing Essentials certificates etc.,).

Required Experience :

Min 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years with FMCG industry exp.

Responsibilities :

Perform end-to-end SEO across all sites and conduct ongoing keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO strategies.

Fix technical SEO issues and optimize for Core Web Vitals, schema, and mobile responsiveness.

Manage and update GMB listings for all business entities.

Post updates, manage reviews, and optimize GMB for better visibility in local searches.

Plan, launch, and optimize monthly paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discover). And Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram for traffic, leads, engagement, and video views).

Review ad performance monthly and adjust targeting, creatives, or copy accordingly.

Set up conversion tracking, custom audiences, and remarketing campaigns.

Manage campaign budgeting and monthly spend allocations.

Design, schedule, and send bulk email campaigns using Mailchimp.

Design visuals and creatives for social media posts, stories, and ads, Email banners, WhatsApp images, Festival promotions and observances.

Write compelling copy for social posts, ad creatives, product highlights, and campaigns.

Analyze visitor behavior, page views, conversions, campaign performance, and traffic sources.

Create and submit monthly reports with actionable insights.

Maintain organized tracking of Organic leads from websites

Support sales team by sharing quality leads and engagement trends.

Schedule and post regular content on all social media platforms and respond to messages, comments, and reviews.

Collaborate with food vloggers and admins of regional Facebook groups for community marketing.
